3.How is the artwork packaged?
The artwork is packaged by RosiGallery following a standardized packaging process.
Ships in a tube(Only canvas) item will arrive rolled in a quality Hard paper tube. Thismethod is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well.Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretchelbars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highlyrecommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious,professional unrolling of the artwork.
Ships in a cardboard box(Small-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship flat ina sturdy, well-protected cardboard box, We ensure artworks are shipped according to ourvery high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in tomake its journey as safe as possible as it travels from RosiGallery to your home.
Ships in a crate(Large-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship in a woodencrate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art allaround the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strictguidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey and will be tightly sealed together.
4.Who is responsible for delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL or UPS or professional art delivery companies.
5.Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, our main markets are home enthusiasts, art lovers, and more in the United States, Australia, and in any case, to all countries where our delivery company operates! Any concerns? Feel free to contact us, because we can find a delivery solution even if you live on a deserted island!
6.Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Absolutely! RosiGallery organizes and insures the transportation of the artwork. You don't have to worry and there are no hidden fees.
7.If I buy multiple artworks, will they be shipped at the same time?
They will probably be delivered at the same time (normally).
8.Can I ship my artwork to different countries or different people?
We will ship to the address you provide on your order. Generally, we will confirm the delivery date with the person receiving the artwork and the name you provide. If this is a surprise or a gift, please let us know!
